Lazy Sunday

Laziness is almost like an illness. It prevents you from enjoying your day, can spread to others, and is a weak excuse for not helping a friend move.

If you don't get out of bed within the first hour of waking up, consider your day over. A relaxing weekend can easily turn into a food and boredom marathon. You'll roll over at 1 AM with a giant belly and Cheetos stains, and wonder where the day went. It can take an hour and a half just to work up the energy to get the mail.

There is a fine line between relaxation and laziness. I want to retire as early as possible, best case, tomorrow morning, but I know how easy it is to fall into a lifestyle of boredom. I will always try to make sure I have an active life. I will know I've hit rock bottom when it's struggle to brush my teeth.

Sounds like you are confusing 'laziness' with a serious medical condition. Healthy people wake up on their own after 7 hours of sleep.

Hello Mr. Troll, how are you?

Oh, I'm much better, thank-you! I gather my anonymous comments offend the almighty N.T.G.?:)

I am sorry but I have no time to start a blog of my own, because I have too much ironing to do!

Ignore the trolls. Your blog is great.

LOL! I don't quite know what to make of that. I find it embarrassing. Plus-- I was brought up with boys chasing after me even in bulky, unflattering sweaters and loose-fitting pants. If they're that desperate for attention, they must be doing _something_ wrong!! rotflmao!!!

I don't use tooth whitening gel or anything-- just tooth polish. I don't need my teeth to blind people when I smile at them. I think that's all about making other people who can't afford it insecure. When I smile I want people to feel welcome, not insecure. It's good enough when I run my teeth along the inside, it feels clean, and I scrub off the tea stains, you know?

Nobody really likes those mean, cliquish girls. They don't care about anything but looking better than other people. They have a lot of growing up to do.

Check out this Google ad I came across on FoxNews at this URL:

The Secrets Dentists don’t want you to know about Teeth Whitening!

I'd hardly say my teeth were yellow. More of a pearly white color, really… LOL! Like any normal person's teeth. I use a good, gentle tooth polish that won't hurt my skin. But then again, I am hardly a "film star". :/ Sheesh.

I imagine that if stand-up comics allowed random members of the audience to come up and give their feedback after every joke, it would look something like this. NTG, your musings are hilarious and perceptive, and they stand quite well on their own.
